This will be run as a mid-week league and will provide opportunities for the clubs within it to have a better pathway for their older age youth sides and under 21/23 sides to bridge the gap between junior and senior football, as well as supporting the first teams of all clubs involved.

We’re pleased to confirm that we’ve been accepted in to this league for the new season ahead.

In partnership with our “colleagues”, given our long-standing working relationship with the Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT), we’ll now, together, be able to offer considerable football opportunities for the 16-23 year olds in the local area. This will include education opportunities and full-time B-Tec courses through CACT, as well as under 19 football, under 23 and academy football, and opportunities to represent Welling Town’s senior side in the SCEFL Premier as well as other local sides within the National League System and senior Saturday football.

CACT are pleased to be able to take the partnership with Welling Town to the next level

Every close season we are inundated with player enquiries mainly from players within this age range so between us we’re pleased to be able to offer more opportunities.
