A position has opened up for an under 23 manager to join the club to manage a side on Saturdays, and for the right candidate potentially assist and have some involvement with the overall upper echelons of the club including first team pathway, two under 23s sides playing weekends and mid-week, and be involved with our two under 18 sides and numerous Kent Youth League sides.

The role will primarily be as a under 23 manager. That is the ideal remit. But for a potentially ambitious and experienced candidate the other opportunities could be added in time if required/desired with additional coaching opportunities for mutual benefit.

Applications are welcomed from people just wanting to manager an under 23 style side on a Saturday in the Kent County Football League, but also those wanting and considering more in the future.

If you have previous management experience within the Kent County Football League and/or a high level of regional football or Sunday football, we’d like to hear from you. We’ll also consider experienced qualified coaches who have perhaps as yet been overlooked for managerial roles despite their coaching background, as we look to build a strong pathway for players, but also all coaches and managers within our club.

Enquiries are welcomed from applicants with or without a playing squad as part of the process, as the depth of players within the club offers flexibility for the right person.
