Michael Lawrence – Head of Youth Development

Joining with over 7 years experience in coaching and football development. With experience at Arsenal, Charlton and several other clubs he currently is The Post 16 Academy Manager at Charlton Athletic Community Trust. He holds UEFA B license and is working towards his UEFA A license.
